& The National Guild of Hypnosis

C.J. Mozzochi, Ph.D. is authorized by The National Guild of Hypnotists to train and certify individuals, who desire to become Certified Consulting Hypnotists.  He has more than 33 years of experience in the field of hypnotherapy.  The certification course will enable each student to effectively use all of the necessary hypnosis techniques to help their clients.

The NGH is the world’s largest and most prestigious hypnosis certifying organization with 12,000 members in 72 countries.  The NGH certifies hypnotherapists and hypnosis instructors, provides continuing education, maintains a bookstore and resource center, provides liability insurance programs and enforces a Code of Ethics and Practice.

The NGH helps and protects NGH Certified professional hypnotists practicing hypnotism full or part time.  

The NGH holds an annual educational conference each August with over 250 hypnotherapy presentations and some 1,600 people attending.  There are also NGH sponsored legal advocates, who participate in legislatures representing the Guild’s members.

The NGH is highly supportive, with a lending library of DVD’s and audio tapes, referrals, legislative support, regular local meetings, and much more.  You can also obtain liability insurance through the NGH, which has a political and legislative arm, the National Federation of Hypnotists, Local 104 of the AFL-CIO.

The 15-day, 100-hour course (75 hours of classroom instruction, 25 hours of homework) is interactive and supportive.  You will experience:

The course meets on 15 consecutive Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Glastonbury, Connecticut.

The tuition (as recommended by the NGH)  is $3,000 plus $195.00 for course material and a one year membership in the NGH.  Each student upon successful completion of the 100 hours of professional training and upon passing the final examination will receive an attractive certificate as a Certified Consulting Hypnotist of the NGH.

The tuition fee includes all taxes and materials – Several DVD’s, 2 large workbooks, marketing kit, other inspiring printed materials, your first set of scripts, inductions and your personal pendulum.

The Hypnosis Research Institute (founded in 1979) has a library of more than 1,250 books and journals and more than 500 DVD’s, CD’s, cassette tapes and VHS tapes.  All of this material is related to hypnosis, and throughout the course, the student is made aware of the important books on each subject covered in the course. At the conclusion of the course the student will be on the frontier of several very active research areas in hypnosis and will be familiar with all of the important hypnotists since 1950 and their work.
